William Wiman Andrus, also spelled Wyman,[1] (October 14, 1858 – June 17, 1935), was a Canadian professional baseball player who played one game for the 1885 Providence Grays, in his only appearance in Major League Baseball.[1] The game took place on September 15, with Andrus playing third base. He collect no hits in four at bats with one strikeout.[1]
Andrus was born in Orono, Ontario, Canada, and died at the age of 76 in Miles City, Montana. He is interred at Custer County Cemetery, which is also in Miles City.[1]
